Brandon hails from the likes of Pescara and Morrison catering here in Rochester but his culinary experience spans the globe…Colorado, Nashville and his wife’s Mexican roots all influence his diverse and innovative cooking style. With a focus on whole food and local ingredients, Chef takes Fiddlehead into the fine dining arena while keeping it approachable, delicious and healthy. When not cooking he’s a family man with to beautiful babies.
Sharon is the head baker at Fiddlehead Coffee and began baking in college. Since then, she has taken courses at the Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionery Arts in Toronto and the French Pastry School in Chicago. Sharon’s love of baking started in college but truly solidified in the magic of the Minnesota State Fair where their baking competitions have netted her several blue ribbons through the years. Her sourdough obsession began after attending a class at North House Folk School, which also spawned a love of wood-fired ovens. When she is not baking, she plays violin in the Rochester Symphony Orchestra and starts open-ended upholstery projects. Occasionally she plays broomball.
