Ngila Estate is a 250-hectare farm that is planted with 150,000 coffee trees on 100 hectares of land. It's perched right by the
Ngorongo Crater in Northeastern Tanzania close to the Serengeti. The farm has been Rainforest Alliance and UTZ certified for a decade, and the owners use traditional Tanzanian methods to fertilize as well as to control pests and diseases to bring coffee into a natural symbiosis with the nature preserve surrounding it.
